Shipping and Returns
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Orders placed in the name of another person without their consent, or in any other way that causes financial damage to GlucoTrack Norden, will be reported to the police. GlucoTrack Norden disclaims liability for printing errors, incorrect information, and errors in specifications.
Always check that the delivery address is correct when ordering. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and the correct recipient name when ordering. If packages are returned to us because the customer has provided an incorrect delivery address, such as an incorrect postcode, street name or house number, and an incorrect recipient name, the customer will be charged for the return shipping costs.
Refund
For most items, in the unlikely event that your product is defective, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Refunds for return shipping are not available for this.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Right of withdrawal for consumers (private individuals) in distance selling agreements
According to the law (2005:59) on consumer protection in distance selling contracts and distance selling agreements, the consumer has the right, in certain cases, to withdraw from a purchase by returning the goods to PoanForward AB. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of the order date. However, the right of withdrawal/return does not apply if any seal/plomb has been broken. The right of withdrawal only applies if the goods are in their original condition. The right of withdrawal does not apply to used goods.

Returns (if applicable)
If you wish to return an item, you should always contact customer service at "kontakt@wellchoice.se". You will then receive instructions from us on how to proceed when sending the item back to us, so that we know a return is expected. All returns are sent to our Swedish office.
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing reimbursements (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.
Contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a refund is published.
If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, you can contact us using our contact form.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please email us using our contact form.
Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed goods will be returned to us. For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee to cover our costs for return freight, dispatch and handling, and the costs vary from case to case.
If a dispatched package is NOT collected and returned to us within 14 days of the invoice date, the return will not be accepted, and the order/invoice will remain outstanding. If you wish to cancel your purchase after the package has been dispatched, you must collect the package and send it to us so that we receive it no later than 14 days from the invoice date for us to be able to cancel your purchase.

Shipping and delivery time
We will instruct you via email on where to send your item for return.
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
GlucoTrack Norden does not have its own warehouse for the GlucoTrack product, but uses a business model called dropshipping. All our products are shipped from China with a delivery time of 7-15 business days.
Orders received on Fridays after 3:00 PM, Saturdays, and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.
Since the order is shipped from our foreign warehouse, outside the EU, you may also have to pay an import fee. For example, VAT or customs duty.
If you are sending an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item back.
